Our contact form collects your name, email, company (if provided), requested service and message. We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare proposals when requested. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps at your request and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use cookie-free website analytics to understand performance and improve the website, relying on legitimate interests subject to the appropriate assessment.
3. How the form works
The form transmits your information over an encrypted connection to our server, which sends a notification to info@gtg-studio.com. Enquiries are not published.
4. Website analytics
Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.) loads on every page visit and provides aggregate statistics to improve gtg-studio.com. According to Ahrefs, the service sets no cookies, does not retain original IP addresses and does not track the same visitor across different days. To count visitors, it temporarily processes IP addresses together with browser information and generates a daily pseudonymous identifier. 5. Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and, if a commercial relationship begins, for applicable contractual, tax and legal periods. Ahrefs retains aggregated statistics under its applicable service terms.

We do not sell your data. Necessary email, hosting, security, maintenance or web analytics providers may process it under the relevant contractual safeguards. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, the safeguards required by the GDPR will apply.
